Course Design and Development
We have the capability of designing training programs from roll call
training to multi-day programs that meet your specific
training needs. Our training specialists will workt with you to identify
your key training needs and objectives and to customize a program to meet those objectives. We can conduct a task analysis to assist
in identifying those needs and can either deliver the training or package it so that it is ready for your trainers to present. See why our students are so enthused about our classes!
Consultation Services
Whether it be course design, identification of training needs or individual
skill areas we can assist your organization at every level to achieve
your goals. While we presently serve as consultants to the New Jersey
Office of the Attorney General and the United States Department of Justice, we also are equally at home working
with local agencies and private corporations. The development of targeted curricula to meet your needs is one of our specialties.
Courses
We offer a variety of courses that can be presented on-site at your
own facility. This on-site service allows us to individualize instruction
to your specific organizational needs as well as minimizing transportation
issues for participants. Additionally, we offer a variety of programs throughout the state and region.
