CDI was retained as a consultant to the State of New Jersey, Office
of Counter Terrorism, to assist them with the development of performance
objectives and instructional resources for their Basic Counter Terrorism
Awareness Course for Law Enforcement Officers. As a result, that
curriculum was approved by New Jersey's Police Training Commission for
inclusion in the Basic Course for Police Officers which is now mandated
for use in all police academies in the State of New Jersey.

this course will be Special Agent Robert E. Dinsmore
who was with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Robert Dinsmore has over twenty years experience in complex investigations,
police training and crisis management. He has served most recently
in the Newark Division of the FBI. He has assisted in prosecutions
of major crimes, insurance frauds, commercial vehicle theft and other
high level criminal matters within New Jersey for local, county and State government.

Mr Dinsmore is an experienced crisis negotiation supervisor,
a police instructor, special weapons and tactics team (SWAT) member,
special investigator , and a critical
incident negotiator both nationally and internationally. Mr Dinsmore taught at the FBI Academy in Quantico VA, and was awarded the status of Master
Police Instructor by the FBI. Mr. Dinsmore's
FBI, military, and educational credentials offer your firm an in-depth
knowledge of counter terrorism.
